1. What are the prerequisites for joining Reecall at Ringover?

You must have a Reecall account with an active agent, as well as a Ringover account.

2. How do I integrate Reecall into Ringover?

1 - Log in to Ringover using your login details and access your configuration dashboard,

2 - On the left-hand menu, click on the cogwheel (Configuration), then on "Voice standards",

3 - Select the line concerned (the line you wish to entrust to your Reecall agent) and click on "Modify",

4 - You then see the scenarios currently defined for this voice server: the times at which it receives calls (Time Schedule), and how these calls are handled: the scenarios (e.g. distributing calls to all employees).

5 - In "Schedule", select the times at which Reecall will answer calls: then click on "Create a new scenario",

6 - A little further down, in "Modify a scenario", indicate "Send to Reecall",

7 - Apply this scenario to all desired time slots,

8 - Confirm your changes at the bottom of the page by clicking on "Save standard".

3. How do I modify my virtual agent?

You cannot modify the Reecall agent via Ringover. You must contact your Reecall consultant to make your changes.

If your Reecall agents are already ready, you can integrate them in just a few minutes by following step 2.

If your Reecall agents are not ready, the integration time depends on the complexity of the Reecall agent to be implemented. As a rule of thumb, the time needed to go live is between 3 and 6 weeks.

6. Does integration with Ringover come at a price?

There's no charge for integration with Ringover, but you do need a Ringover account and a Reecall account.
