With this functionality, we add the possibility to make exports that allow to recover all this information in an Excel file.
Dashboards
This functionality allows you to visualize the number of incoming requests and tickets created over a given period thanks to a filter system. You can manage your results directly from these personalized dashboards.
Exports
With this new feature, you can export all your conversation data to Excel for further analysis.
Exports will allow you to cross-reference your data collected by Reecall with data sources from your other tools.
